What is Christian homeschooling?
Christian homeschooling combines faith with education of children at home, usually under their parents’ instruction or that of a tutor.
Since early childhood education occurs within the family, church congregation and community, Christian homeschooling extends that responsibility of parents and home teachers to bring faith to the forefront of their child’s education. There is no opportunity for this at a public school; and, some traditional Christian schools may not support your family’s specific beliefs. Christian homeschooling education allows for the cultivation of your child’s faith and their academic development.
Why should Christians homeschool their children?
The Bible teaches us that education is a parental responsibility at the very least up until the age of thirteen at which time children went to religious schools for education in the faith.
